José and Sylvie Mendizabal, both from the north of France, have lived in the Charente Maritime for 20 years. We have two boys (17 and 20 years), the eldest is passionate about riding. We have two horses that take full advantage of the meadows around the property. We have built a stable with 4 boxes, two of them are available for holiday riders who would like to enjoy the setting for equestrian rides. We acquired this property in May 2011.

We made the choice to continue the renting implemented by the previous owners (English). We live on site which allows us to better welcome customers. The two cottages and our home are perfectly independent and do not provide any discomfort respectively. We have done renovation work to bring more comfort to our tenants. We have a lot of fun meeting vacationers who choose to come and discover our cottages and even more satisfaction when they come back over time.
